Training Management Systems

Registered as Nova Aerospace Pty Ltd (RTO National Provider code 40262), Nova Systems provides comprehensive training solutions by experienced practitioners and is extremely focused on providing independent, high quality outcomes for its clients. Nova Systems Training was established with the express purpose of supporting all the training activities of the companies that form the Nova Group. Nova Training’s role is to ensure ongoing compliance as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and includes quality assurance of all training developed and delivered across the Group. A comprehensive Training Management System is in place that is not only AQTF 2010 compliant but enables the Nova Training Manager to maintain full control over the training activities within the Group. Nova’s Training Management System is also fully integrated into the Nova Quality Management System, ensuring consistent, high quality outcomes across the organisation.

Nova Systems Training is managed by a National Training Manager who is responsible for AQTF 2010 compliance and the complete Nova Training Management System. Nova also has a large cadre of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA) qualified staff (or equivalent) from which to draw upon. Nova also delivers tertiary level education programs in partnership with the University of New South Wales (UNSW). These courses have been developed and are delivered as Modules that contribute toward the UNSW@ADFA’s Masters of Systems Engineering program. All Nova Training is conducted in accordance with the ADFP 7.0.2 The Defence Training Model (DTM).
