With current and continual use of the EVM process, Nova is exceptionally well positioned to help companies avoid the pitfalls of establishing an EVM system. As EVM systems tend to use and manipulate sensitive cost and schedule data, Nova recognises that a customer will want to tightly control access to their EVM systems. Accordingly, we do not seek to run EVM for you, but instead, we will develop, set-up and train your own people to run EVM.
